Fair Trials has developed online training modules for defence lawyers on the EU Directives relating to prodecural rights in criminal proceedings, e.g. Directive 2010/64 on the right to interpretation and translation. Please have a look at the videos at http://www.fairtrials.org/fair-trials-defenders/legal-training/online-training/ and share the information with other judicial stakeholders. The videos are currently available in English but will soon be translated into several other languages as well.
