The EU Fundamental Rights Agency published its INFOCRIM report on the transposition of Directive 2010/64/EU. EULITA members contributed to this report by sending their replies to a survey sent out last year. The report "Rights of suspected and accused persons across the EU: translation, interpretation and information" was commissioned by DG Justice and will support it in preparing the report to the European Parliament. The report is available at http://fra.europa.eu/sites/default/files/fra_uploads/fra-2016-right-to-information-translation_en.pdf.
