Prior to the conference a unique round table discussion and training will take place with the spoken and sign language interpreters working at the conference. These 12 interpreters are participating in a part of the EU project Training Sign Language Interpreters – International Settings (IISE) to develop training materials for spoken and sign language interpreters, and speech to text writers, working in an international setting. The IISE project runs for two years from 2009 – 2010.
