Final conference for the QUALETRA project: Call for Papers
The QUALETRA consortium invites everyone interested in legal translation to participate in the final QUALETRA conference – legal translators, researchers, trainers, legal practitioners, (including lawyers, judges, etc). We especially invite experts to describe the state of the art and demonstrate their cutting-edge results and regular legal translation users to share their experiences.
“LIT Search” project accepted
The “LIT Search” consortium recently received information from the EU Commission that the proposal for the “LIT Search” project has been accepted and will receive EU funding. The “LIT Search” project will be a pilot project to explore the modalities and practical features of a European database of legal interpreters and translators and eventually link up the countries participating in the pilot project (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, United Kingdom; France, Slovenia).
