The authors are Taru Spronken, Gert Vermeulen, Dorris de Vocht and Laurens Van Puyenbroeck.The research study was funded by the EU Commission, DG Freedom, Security and Justice. The report provides information on the right to information, the right to legal advice, the right to legal assistance and the right to interpretation and translation.
